Medical Guidelines

At Sacred Vine, we honor ayahuasca as a sacred sacrament for spiritual growth, healing, and communion with the divine. Participant safety is our highest priority. These guidelines are informed by established entheogenic church practices (including UDV, Santo Daime, and aligned organizations like the Sacred Plant Alliance), medical literature, and harm-reduction best practices.

Our Commitment to Safety

As a dedicated entheogenic church, Sacred Vine follows rigorous screening, preparation, ceremony support, and integration protocols. Ceremonies are led by experienced facilitators in a controlled, supportive environment.

1. Pre-Ceremony Screening (Required for All Participants)

All prospective participants complete a confidential medical and psychological questionnaire. A review process (potentially including consultation with qualified professionals) determines eligibility.
