Refund and Cancellation Policy

All bookings and registrations for our Sacred Vine retreats are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled retreat, your payment may be transferred as a full credit toward a future Sacred Vine retreat, provided the credit is used within 12 months from the date of your original booking. Credits may only be applied to retreats organized by our church.

In the event that we (the Church) must cancel or reschedule your retreat for any reason, you will be offered either:

• A full refund to your original method of payment, or

• A full credit toward a future Sacred Vine retreat.

We strongly recommend that participants purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen personal circumstances such as illness, emergencies, or travel disruptions. A “no call–no show” will not be eligible for a refund or credit toward a future booking.

By completing your registration and payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
